I would prefer the recipe measurements in cups rather than grams.

I would love to see the sugar content in these recipes…

when would it be best to drink this juice?
empty stomach first thing in the morning? or that does not matter

It tastes terrible, and the quantities are absurd, you have to drink 5 big glasses of the stuff according to them. I forced myself to have two and said no more. I’ll try some other recipes though. Hope it was just this one that didn’t work for me.

I have been juicing to lose weight to kind of jump start a healthier way of eating. I get confused on whether juicing will help as most of the juices that I make are a combo of fruits and vegetables.. then I see the sugar content and it is CRAZY high. Should I be worried about the sugar?

Let me add I loveeeee juicing for the nutrient impact.. I would never be able to eat all these fruits and veggies. So I love that you are able to get a variety of vitamins and nutrients… I just worry about sugar levels. I am not diabetic, but just didn’t know if it was something that would end up “bad for you”
