Pineapple Indigestion Juice
This juice recipe is excellent for digestion and detoxing the digestive tract. Indigestion can cause heartburn and upper abdominal pain. Bromelain, the enzyme responsible for treating stomach ailments, can only be found in fresh pineapple juice and has been used for centuries to treat indigestion and reduce inflammation.
Ingredients
- 1 Pineapple (500g | 3 Cups)
- 3 Kiwis (200g | 1 Cup)
- Mint (3g | ΒΌ Cup)
- 1 Lime (100g)
Instructions
- Chop pineapple into chunks to fit into juicer chute. Do not juice hard outer skin.
- Peel kiwi and cut into chunks to fit into juicer chute.
- Fold mint leaves tightly and juice between soft and hard produce.
- Juice all produce. Squeeze lime into juice before drinking.
