Stress Minimizer Melon Juice
This green juice is sweet yet tangy. It is great for treating stress, depression and improving general mental health. Chronic stress can cause weight gain, muscle pain, high blood pressure and a weakened immune system. This juice helps with the management of cortisol, the body’s stress hormone, and equips the body with the necessary tools to deal with the effects of stress on the body.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Honeydew Melon 500g
- Baby Spinach 100g
- 2 Apples 420g
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Instructions
- Soak spinach leaves in water to plump them up then leave to drip dry.
- Scoop honeydew melon out of hard skin.
- Cut apples into chunks to fit into juicer chute. Do not juice apple core or seeds.
- Alternate between hard and soft produce to help get the most juice out of the leaves.
- Squeeze lemon into juice before drinking.
