Ingredients
  • 4 Carrots (200g|1 Cup)
  • 3 Oranges (400g| 2 Cups)
  • 1 Apple (170g | 1 Cup)
Instructions
  1. Remove skin from oranges and divide into segments to fit into juicer.
  2. Peel carrots if not organic, cut off ends and chop into sizeable chunks for juicer.
  3. Cut apple into sizeable chunks for juicer with skins. Do not juice apple core or seeds.
  4. Juice all produce. Drink immediately.
