Anti-Inflammatory Butter Juice
This juice is silky, warming and tastes like buttery honey. Inflammation from injuries or infections such as redness from acne, cold sores and muscle pain can be treated with this juice. Thanks to the wonderful anti-inflammatory properties found in butternut squash, this blend is a great for relieving pain while reducing swellings and redness.
Ingredients
- ½ Butternut Squash (800g | 5½ Cups)
- 2 Gala Apples (200g | 2 Cups)
- 3 Carrots (150g | 1 Cup)
Instructions
- Peel butternut squash and cut into sizeable chunks for juicer.
- Chop apples into sizeable chunks for juicer. Leave skin on. Do not juice apple seeds or core.
- Peel carrots if not organic, cut off ends and chop into sizeable chunks for juicer.
- Juice all produce. Drink immediately.
