Ingredients
  • 8 Carrots (500g |3½ Cups)
  • Baby Spinach (100g | 1 Cup)
  • 1 Apple 150g | 1½ Cups )
Instructions
  1. Soak spinach leaves in water to plump them up then leave to drip dry.
  2. Cut apple into chunks to fit into juicer chute. Do not juice apple core or seeds.
  3. Peel carrots if not organic, cut off ends and chop into sizeable chunks for juicer.
  4. Juice all produce. Drink immediately.
