This tasty fresh juice is delicious and makes a great pick me up breakfast juice. It’s high in vitamin A which is needed for the immune system and the growth and repair of bones, skin, teeth and eye health. It is also high in vitamin C which is vital for cardiovascular health.

Ingredients
  • 3 Oranges (400g|2½ Cups)
  • 5 Carrots (300g|2 Cups)
  • 1 Apple (170g |½ Cup)
Instructions
  1. Remove skin from oranges and divide into segments to fit into juicer.
  2. Peel carrots if not organic, cut off ends and chop into sizeable chunks for juicer.
  3. Cut apple into sizeable chunks for juicer with skins. Do not juice apple core or seeds.
  4. Juice all produce. Drink immediately.
